Clarity my Deeeeaha, So glad to be back among your friends again. Had a summer of miscontent { Darn awful health} but on the mend again. Damn old age!!!! I'm on a strict diet of Cabernet, Merlot or any other red medicine I can lay my faltering hands on, so I should be in my right mind very soon :o)

I do hope the Duke survived the party. Thank you both for coming. Although I shall try, I am sure the true story of the explosion will out if Plum is on the case.

Wonderful as ever. I loved it all, including our irrepressible Daisy during the ceremony. I just went back and re-read everything, because I missed some top-thread stuff as I moved down, and I had to run off for real when Maggie did, to pick up my kiddies at the pool. What a howl!

At first, she wasn't the "socialite" type before. Now she's practically agoraphobic and keeps to the stables at our country home.

That damn "Prince" Carl destroyed the reputation of my dear sister, Harriett, a great horsewoman.

Your Grace, you’ll leave me a note to fill me afterwards on what went on at Tinky’s party this weekend, won’t you? Press is banned from the premises! All my sources will be kept strictly confidential!! I’m mostly looking for dirt, to be honest. My readers want to know! Can I count on you, ducks?

Clarity, What are you in the mood for? Is there anything on my shelf that you are interested in? Have you read Man's Search for Meaning, John Adams or Massie Dobbs?

Clarity, if you like time travel, have you read the Tiime Traveler's Wife? I think that
you might also like Ender's Game which is a Sci-fi or you might like Mary Stewart's
The Crystal Cave. If you have read all of these or if I'm way off on what you like
let me know. I think I'm going to choose the black death. Thanks for the
    recommendation. Margarita

Why, thank you. I took it with my own little webcam. I do have the appearance of sizing up all comers with a jaundiced eye, now that you mention it. And who is this tattooed bespectacled beefcake inhabiting your notes? Don't believe I've had the pleasure.

Thanks for joining my bookclub. Lots of people have joined but I'm not too sure how many are actually reading the books. Most are stand alone books, but I did last time, put up a 14 book series which is probably too much for some, but I've been wanting to read it. I'm on book 13 now, so soon, I'll be back to less daunting reading. Check out what we've read and let me know if any of those books interests you. Who are some of your favorite authors? Basically my shelf is composed of my favorite authors, I own alot of books, lots of them unread, this is the pile that I choose books for the bookclub from. I have over 500 books to choose from, so hopefully you will join me in reading some of them. Later, Bryan.
