By the way, I had never heard of applesauce pancakes, but thanks to that part in your book, I am craving them! That sounds so good to me right now (which is weird because I actually eat my pancakes completely dry--meaning no syrup, no butter, nothing). Maybe this is a pregnancy thing, LOL.
