Thank you Carla. Currently I am waiting for the first printed copy of The Aladdin Project so I can approve the final edition before it goes to print and released on e-books next week on shelfari, Barnes and Noble, and goodreads. It will also be available in bookstores nationwide. While this book is going through its last phase, I have been busy writing my second book. I am currently 2/3 of the way through it, and it should be finished hopefully before Christmas so it can be released in early spring. I haven't had much time for reading novels, but I am always up for a nice discussion since I constantly perform research into astro-physics, medicine, and about every other science field out there for my stories. I would just like to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving!

Hi, Carla! Your site sounds superb (a play on words, if you will). New authors need exactly this--a place to discuss their own works and attract readers and other authors interested in the same genre. Obviously, authors want and need to promote their books, do they not? Thanks for your group again, Carla!

I write under the pen name of Nash Black. My husband is the Nash (the first four letters of his last name) and I'm the Black. We write mysteries and ghost stories that for the most part take place in the foothills of the Cumberland River in KY. Have marked the site and will get notices of activity in my email. Have a few items to finish before being able to take an active part.
I was given the nickname "The Bookie" by one of the teachers at the first school where I served as the librarian. It has stuck for 50 years.

I didn't even know this was yours, i hust thought it was an awesome way for new authors to share their accomplishments.

I would categorize my book as historical religious fiction. We could start a discussion about that I suppose. The robe, Madeline l'Engle series, CS Lewis, many authors wrote in this genre. Thank you for starting this, it is awesome!
