I Love to read! I feel my life is off center if I do not have at least one novel with me at all times. In the car I listen to books on CD when I get tired of the radio. Standing in line at the bank, long drive thrus, doctors office? I got a book.

I read mostly fiction. I especially love books by Black American Authors. Big fan of Zane (thanks Michelle!). Big fan of Sidney Sheldon,Janet Evanovich, and J.K. Rowling.

Mysteries,Comedies, Suspense novels keep me going. From time to time I may pick up an autobiography. I read to escape,to laugh,to learn, to understand the lifestyles of others.

A few years ago I discovered the "Spoken Word" and I have become a huge fan of that also.

Which author would I love to meet now that my favorite Sidney Sheldon is no longer with us? J.K. Rowling- I mean how does she do it? Where does that imagination come from. The woman has created another world, language, another realm. I envy her for having such a incredibly creative imagination and putting it on paper for the whole world to read. I still have not read the last novel. I am not ready for the whole Harry Potter fantasy to come to end. Will she write another series? « less
