Banned books - I love them, plain and simple. I own many of them and goodness knows I read them - a lot! I believe that no book should be banned. To me books are sacred and something to appreciate and enjoy no matter who wrote it, what it's content is, what's on the cover, etc. There are no excuses for banning a book in my opinion and book burning is an absolute no option for me.

For those who think they know who I am, but aren't sure, especially those whom I have on my friends list here. On virtual chats I log in as Becky and on Yahoo groups I sign as Becky, but I'm also known as cowgirlrebel.

I'm a big time reader of everything, although a lot of it is romance. I have way too many authors and books I want to read and add to my shelf. I visit yahoo groups frequently. Yes, most of the books on my shelf have a star rating of 5, but that is because I rather put books on my shelf that I truly enjoy(ed), than to put books on there that I didn't. « less
