In elementary, I discovered books to be a wonderful escape. So, I read and read and wrote. I have writen short stories, poetry, magazine articles and journal articles. In elementary, I discovered books to be a wonderful escape. So, I read and read and wrote. I have writen short stories, poetry, magazine articles and journal articles. Of course, I have written more essays than I can count! Before my son was born in August 2007, I read numerous books per month. Now, I have been working on the same two or three for a couple of months. I hope to get back into reading and I hope to find the inspiration and time to get back into creative writing.
The extent of my writing now is limitted to every day stuff and writing in my journal. You might find it cute or sweet or crazy that I write my journals to my son. I want him to know his mother and what she was thinking. I want him to always understand that I love him and no matter how stressed out or upset I get, I will and have always loved him. I like the thought of leaving this history to him.
