Thanks for the invitation Carol. I never met a book I didn't like. I love all different gentes from romance to the paranormal.
Sorry, Bookbakery,I turned down the offer to join that particular book group before. It is nothing personal. Just that rebellious streak in me. Thanks for the info about the courses. High today in Bellingham! 77 degrees!! Man, was I burning up.

Hello Bookbakery. As for specific yoga books on depression, I know of no other than what you have on your shelf.Other books: The "Depression Book," formerly "Depression as a Spiritual Practice" by Cheri Huber may be good. I interviewed her in Athens, GA. public radio on this very book. Another book by Karen Armstrong is one I just purchased and have yet to read is: "The Spiral Staircase; My Climb Out of Darkness." I found this in a used book store. Armstrong is the author of "The History of God."And one other I have yet to read:"Darkness Visible: A Memoir of Madness" by William Styron. Styron is the author of one of my favorite books, "Sophie's Choice." I hope this helps. If you have not read "Sophie's Choice" I highly recommend it.
Hello Bookbakery,How did you like "Dark Nights of the Soul" by Thomas Moore? I really liked his "Soul's Religion." You may want to read that if you liked Moore.
Bookbakery, You may want to go to this site: http://readinginappalachia.blogspot.com/ .I forgot who on shelfari put this up, but their shelfari shelf is linked to it.
P.S. "imte" is "time."
