I live in the south west of England and am a staff nurse.
I'm really quite addicted to books - reading them and owning them. I can quite happily spend hours in a book store just browsing, and love to talk to anyone who will engage in a conversation about books and literature.
I have finally done what I always said I never would, and bought a Kindle ereader. It's ok so far, but it will never beat a real book in my opinion.

I love my pets, I have a dog, two cats and a lot of tropical fish!
I also 'attempt' to write myself, although this is more for pleasure than anything else as it's not that good.

I'm always looking to read something new, so if you have any suggestions let me know! Plus I love recommending books to all my friends, so if you're stuck for ideas I may be able to help you out. « less
