The DaVinci Code is much more involved reading...I mean you have to pay attention plus you aren't going to be able to put it down. Mulberry park is shorter and an easier read. I think you will enjoy both. Now you just have to find the time, right? :)

I can't read this one fast...way too much to absorb/think about. I try to "read ahead" in books, and usually have it all figured out by the end, not this one. I really would like to be in a "group discussion" re: this one.

Well, maybe you should get started. Lucky you, I have to cook for 15 grandchildren because their parents have to bring them to my house every weekend to eat here. They just ruin all the peace around here!

Exactly! And it's not like it's a sacrifice for the good of all humankind. Oh well, to each his own, right?

I gave up on it for now. I just wasn't sympathetic enough to finish it for now. These wonderfully energetic and intelligent people risked their lives for nothing. Nothing worthwhile anyway. The waste of it all frustrated me. I'll try Into Thin Air again next summer probably. It is interesting what people will do for a rush.

I have seen the movies for some of the books that you have read. I especially like the Stephen King books and movies.
