Since those days, when being naughty earned me a book assignment, I've read countless and various books on differing interests, in differing genres. I admit that I gravitate towards historical fiction as a favorite, but any read that provokes thought or discussion will earn my consideration.
Originally from Texas, I live in Thailand (for the scuba diving and food!) these days after a few years in Western Australia. No matter where I've traveled, a book has been in my bag. Traveling is the only passion that competes with my reading.

When I'm not reading or diving, I spend my days zooming around the island with my photographer girlfriend (from Namibia) and playing with our two wonderful pups.
