Ever since she was a little girl, Janelle Martin has been enamored of books. Her first love was The Three Bears, closely followed by an enduring passion for Snowshoe Paws by Margaret Johnson. In the spring of 2005, several friends at BookRelay.com decided to develop their book reviewing skills in an effort to bring reader awareness to overlooked authors. What started as a casual endeavor quickly resulted in a pool of dedicated reviewers honing their craft. Janelle is thrilled to be able to share her passion for books as a regular reviewer for Armchair Interviews, Curled Up with a Good Book, ReadySteadyBook, RiverWired, Front Street Reviews and Alternatives Journal.
In her free time, Janelle specializes in providing e-Marketing solutions to nonprofit and charitable organizations, assisting them to design innovative campaigns to enhance their fundraising programs.
A passionate knitter in what remains of her free time, Janelle is often heard to lament - "Why can't we knit at work?" She is still convinced that Audiobooks are the greatest invention since sliced bread as it allows her to pursue two passions at once - books and knitting. You can keep up with Janelle's latest adventures through literature at her blog (http://antheras.blogspot.com).
Based in Waterloo, Ontario (Canada) with her cat Morticia, Janelle reads extensively, in a wide variety of genres. A member of Reviewers International Organization, generally she can be found surrounded by books or wandering in the stacks of a favourite bookstore.
