Well, I, like the others, have missed your presence online. Nice to know your loved, huh? Hope all is well. I miss my partner in crime (the crime of reading out of order. LOL).
Hope everything's okay. REALLY missing you!
Hey Andrew! How the heck are you? We haven't seen you around in a while. I know you're probably busy but just wanted to stop by and let you know that you and your comments are missed. Have a wonderful Easter.Melissa
Hi Andrew,we havent seen you lately among the brat pack, and popped in to see how you are-so have several others too!.I posted the final edition of 50 pre 1950 crime novels, but no one seems interested,so I dont know whether to do a1950s and 1960s list after all.Lot of work, though great fun,but if its of no interest, why bother.Hope I get an opinion from you ,I would value it highly.Take care!
Hi Andrew,Just a quick note to say how are you? I hav'nt seen you around the site in the last week or so and was wondering are you ok?Deb
Hi Andrew, hope all is OK. Haven't seen you on Shelfari for a while.... The discussions aren't the same :-)
Where are you these days? Am missing your posts:)
Sorry typed it in word as find it easier but it didn't transfer across well! The boxes should be smiley faces....
Hi Andrew!!How are you? It has been a manic week. I am just starting to think that my life is just one big manic period!I had a really lovely but late evening last night. It was a pamper evening at my daughter’s nursery. They also had wine and cake. Yum! 5 of us were sitting around chatting when we realised at 9.45 that everyone probably wanted to go home so we toddled off to the local pub and had another glass of wine. I only have ever seen these ladies when we all have children so it was nice to catch up as just us!I am really enjoying Remarkable Creatures and have almost finished! Read quite a bit on the train to and from Bristol yesterday. I should finish it tonight or tomorrow. It is looking like a 5 star and maybe favourite which is a big change for me considering I only rated 2 of her other books 3 stars.I have Deal Breaker on its way to me – swapped it with Cross Stitch (Outlander 1) on ReaditSwapit.com. I must say that if there are any books that you see I am reading and they are paperback I will most likely be happy to send them on to you. I keep a few books but most either go on ReaditSwapit or to the charity shop. Although I did make £9.80 with trade in on Amazon. However these were non fiction books like parenting books. Novels don’t tend to fetch anything. I will use that £9.80 to buy Cleopatra’s Daughter and Killing Floor on kindle We finally re-arranged book shelves at home and I managed to get all my physical books on one book shelf. Oh my! I have far too many books….How are you enjoying The Bottecelli Secret? I see that a few are not enjoying the language. I am not a Dan Brown fan and I was really put off by the reference to The DaVinci Code so I thought I would give it a miss and try and reduce my TBR pile.I really appreciate your support and loyalty in the AC group. I think it is going to take a little bit of help to get it up and running. Although it has 1,000 members, most of them are not very active on Shelfari. Of the 100 posts I only received 2 responses in the Introduction thread! Anyway going to go and finish Remarkable Creatures…Hope you are enjoying your weekend.Tracey
Hi Andrew,Got some really awesome news to tell youuuuuuuuuuuuu :P Hope all is well, see you soon :D~~Lisl
I can't say I'm surprised that you feel the same way. To be honest, I'm rather surprised at all the gushing reviews I've read for the novel. Are you sticking with it? I've moved on to Robin Hobb's Fool's Errand (fantasy). Hobb is a fantastic writer. If you like or are interested in reading within the fantasy genre she's a good place start. Happy Friday!
So Andrew, I'm curious to know how you are making out with The Botticelli Secret?
