Just started reading it last night (only 13 or so pages). The focus on "werewolf criminals," such as Gilles de Rais and Giles Garnier intrigues me--a melding of my love for true crime and the occult.

Disappointing book? That's too bad; I thoroughly enjoyed the documentary Supermasochist and was looking to read more by Flanagan.

A new stalker? Yay! And thanks for recognizing my Krampus. I choose this design for my first, and so far only, tattoo.

Hope you enjoy my reading :)

Yes, I was talking about casting Acheron...I love him...really...it's funny that you say Travis Fimmel , Simi talks about him in one of the dark hunter books :) I goggled him and he is hot, but I think Acheron would be more muscular.

We would be so much better than Aubrey and what's her name. I try to block that sneaky lying girl from my mind.

I will download it on my Kindle. However I will be buying High Voltage Tattoo because books like that you just have to touch. I am a huge Kat Von D fan.

I see we have some of the same books. You have a few I am going to add to my wishlist. Methland sounds like a good one.

Thanks for joining the Best English-Language Fiction of the Twentieth Century – the name rolls right off the tongue doesn’t it…
Hopefully the posts will start rolling in once we get over the ‘new group’ hump and out of the busy holiday season. Again, glad you joined up and I look forward to picking at the threads with you.
Please consider inviting your friends to join us as well. See you around the shelves.

You are such a book worm. If I read the rest of the days of my life I will never catch up with you....but I bet I have had a helluva lot more hangovers than you ever did (is that bragging?) (and is it necessary?)
