Anna Grace

Anna Grace

I don't have much time to read, but I do love to when I get the chance. I'm a fan of sci-fi and fantasy, mostly.

    Eclectic Book Club Peeps:

All righty, let's have those nominations for our next big read. What's everyone in the mood for?

Post your selections in the "Genres" thread and we'll hash it out. If that takes too much energy, I will put all genres nominated in a hat and pick one at random!

Well if you like sci-fi fantasy this much, may I suggest Stephen Donaldson Thomas Covenant series? They are the books that got me into the genre

It's a light read, we've read 2 other books by the author. We take turns picking the books. I haven't started it as of yet, after the the Holidays are over !

This site is cool, & I actually have a book club with a few friends, we meet monthly. Currently we're reading Baby Proof by Emily Giffin. I have LOTS of great suggestions ! Thanks !

Hi Anna! You will be receiving an invitation shortly. And as for my definition of 'thought-provoking'--anything that really makes one think, I suppose. I don't want to get too specific, because it's all a matter of taste, but I think there are broader genres that aren't necessarily as conducive to contemplation as others. I find that people who read a good mix of books and literature are often also well-rounded individuals :)

Thanks it's called a fire rainbow. I can't remember how often it happens but it is really rare.
