Well in the Otherworld series there are 12 novels out and she is finishing the 13 right now and that will be the last in the series. But there are 2 books full of short stories about characters from the series and then there are 3 novelas out. Its a lot of reading but I have reread the whole series twice its by far my favorite series. :-)

yeah there are a few different main characters. Elena is a werewolf the first two and then another 2 later in the series are written from her point of view. Then their are a few written from Paige, a witches, point of view, and then a few other characters each have a book. Its all based in the same world and like Elena will make a "cameo" in Paiges book and visa-versa.

The YA series is good but her adult ones are even better especially the ones about Elena. The first one in the series is Bitten. :-)

A little. The first book is a lot like Kelley Armstrong's Bitten. Its a big family of shifters and their are prides (families) all over the world and the females are really rare because for every female born their are like 5 males. Their are other types of shifters in the book but vampires and the fae don't factor into the series at all. Its sort of like the Mercy series because there is a love triangle and action and shifters but that describes a lot of book ya know? If you like Kelley Armstrong's Otherworld series especially the ones that focus on the weres you would like the Rachel Vincent series.

Four or five years! that's crazy! I complain when its over a year for a book in a series to come out (patience is a virtue that completely passed me and went straight to my sister) lol. Have you read Rachel Vincent's shifter series? Its really good and all the books in the series are out. Its 6 books long and its about were-cats.

I started that book (Green Rider) but I only got like 70 pages in and I just wasn't really feeling it. I will try to read it again eventually. I dunno why I just wasn't crazy about it.
